"Ease on down the road to Retirement" -a do-it-right guide

I've worked with directly with people facing career entry or change for a number of years. Looking ahead to retirement is no different from any life/work changing event. It's easy to ignore and hard to do unless you have guidance which motivates you.

"Customize Your Retirement" does just that! I've often found self-help books difficult to wade through, but here, despite the size healthy size of this guidebook, you'll find it easy to choose and to do the exercises included.

Of all the self-help books I've viewed this is the most fun, palatable, and interesting. It provides a real opportunity to explore in the privacy of your home your real driving interests and motivators. You can even share this with friends and work together. All the more fun.

Comprehensive and Flexible Process and Tools for Retirement Planning

This is one of the few retirement planning books that is both comprehensive and flexible. We were able to quickly understand the retirement planning challenges we have by completing exercises that point out these gaps. Then we focused on those challenges skipping over what was less relevant. The authors generated well designed exercises that helped us plan our strategy. They also offer one of the most comprehensive resource lists to be found on this important topic.

The book introduces the first time planner to the basics while it also provides sophisticated tools for the more experienced in retirement planning. This is the best guide on this topic to be generated in years.

An excellent overview of successful planning for retirement.

I found this book to be a very helpful way to look at how to be a success in retirement. In particular I found the chapter on Financial Planning to be one of the best comprehensive summaries I have ever read. Besides telling you what the various important considerations are it also enables you to determine what you can expect in the way of estimated lifetime income from your savings and investments. This is a very necessary calculation to know.
