From the supplier: Congress has established new rules covering Roth Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) that were originally implemented under the 1997 Taxpayer Relief Act. These Roth IRA rules were part of new tax law, particularly th IRS Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998. Among the changes to Roth IRAs are new withdrawal limits for 1998 conversions, death benefits and changes to the $100,000 AGI limit.
